Seasoned Pioneers West Indian Curry Powder (33g)

This spice mix adds a bold, complex flavour to meat, fish and vegetable-based curries. Combine the spices with 1 tablespoon oil, 2 garlic cloves and coconut milk to make a paste for a flavourful Caribbean curry. It can easily be spiced up with the addition of fresh chillies or by adding our Birds Eye Chillies! 

Ingredients: Coriander seeds, whole ginger root, whole turmeric root, ground fenugreek seeds, whole brown mustard seeds, whole white cumin seeds, whole cinnamon bark, whole black peppercorns, ground star anise.
