Tunisian Five Spice has a sultry heat with rich, sweet and peppery notes. It contains one of the most expensive peppercorns: Grains of Paradise. This spice mix is often seasoning of choice when cooking vegetables, meat-based stews and tagines with couscous. It is also great to marinate lamb, chicken and game.

Due to its sweet, peppery flavour, Tunisian Five Spice works brilliantly with autumnal vegetables like butternut squash, pumpkins and sweet potatoes. Alternatively, try mixing through cooked rice and couscous to season.
