Pimenton Picante, Smoked Paprika 35gr 
The peppers are oak smoked before the grinding process, which gives the powder its deep, smoky flavour. Traditionally the powder is ground in stone mills to retain its natural flavours.
The Mediterranean’s super ingredient Pimenton Picante is essential for Spanish cooking and to make Catalonian stews and Romesco sauce. Try using with seafood, specifically for the tapas dish Pulpo Gellego (paprika octopus). Or, add to tomato-based dishes such as bolognese, chilli con carne and sausage casserole.
