Seasoned Pioneers Harissa Paste Spice Mix (27g)
Our Harissa Spice Mix can be used to make a paste. Simply incorporate the spices with a few cloves of garlic and olive oil. Then, smother over chicken, fish, vegetables and halloumi before grilling, roasting or frying. The spice mix can also be used as a dry rub for meat and chicken. It can be used in place of Ras-el-Hanout within vegetable-based tagines, sprinkled over houmous or used alongside flatbreads, pittas and more as a dip.
Ingredients: Red chillies, crushed coriander seeds, whole white cumin seeds, whole caraway seeds, whole sea salt, mint leaves.
