The floral-flavoured habanero is the king of chilles and gives this sauce a searing but short-lived heat – you may find it addictive.

• Serving Suggestion

  Trickleover eggs, avocados, fluffy baked potatoes and grilled meat and fish; stir into soups and stews; or mix a few drops into a Bloody Mary. A little goes a long way.

  Tomatoes, cider vinegar, sea salt, dried habanero chillies (2%), garlic, spices.
